Hello Yvonne. Very interesting article. You and I have a lot in common. I’d like to interview you to get your perspective on life, strategies, success etc for a coaching programme I am introducing to paying customers. Your ideas and perspectives would add great value to the core programme, not to mention that you and your services would be introduced to my customers at the same time.

The programme has a unique approach from most self-help/self-improvement programmes and it’s aimed at those not able or wanting to embark on £50 – £100 per hour coaching sessions with coaches due to either lack of time or money. It’s a halfway house but with the accountability to ensure people take action!

Good advice Yvonne, as a multi let landlord myself, I’m in complete agreement with Debra, find someone to manage them as it really is a full time job!

Furniture is a very important part of setting up your property, you need furniture that will compliment your rooms and stand up to tenants!
