Three Distinct parts

 

The Property Achievement Groups comprise a three hour group session with support by e-mail and phone in between sessions.

The group session is split into three sections.

 

Part 1

 

The unique element of the Property Achievement Groups is that they are based on the coaching principle rather than straight forward mentoring.

 What’s the difference?

 Coaching is a process that allows you space to think for yourself and to fit what you decide to do into your own lifestyle, preferences and personality. This means that there is a completely different solution for everyone and the first part of the group sessions allows you to explore your very own way of investing and how you can use other people’s experiences and systems to help you to grow your portfolio faster.

 This is in stark contrast to any course where you are taught what to do and then expected to follow that system.

 It’s true that if you follow a system completely and utterly to the letter then you will become rich in the same way the creator of that system has done, and experience shows us that it works for some and not for others. The Property Achievement Group system is primarily for those who would like to make significant money from property but find the systems that have been created by wealthy investors aren’t working for them, or they are not confident or comfortable following the system entirely.

 Part 1 gives you bespoke 1-1 attention from Yvonne, or the expert leading the session, and this is possible because there are only a maximum of 10 people in the group.

 You get to learn about each other, work together and gain confidence to build your own portfolio either on your own or with a partner.

 

Part 2

 

A training topic is provided each month to progress your learning and help you to build the blocks you will need to be fully equipped to invest successfully.

10	Managing Portfolio + Your property business

 

Part 3

 

Taking action is the key to success and even if you only take small actions every day then the progress you make will be phenomenal.

 

The Property Achievement Groups create an environment where you commit to the group, and to yourself to take action. The most important element though is that before you make any commitment you ensure that you have identified the right actions to take that will bring success and that you have isolated the time in which you are going to take that action.

 

This element is also unique in the fact that you will be personally coached to consider the route you want to take and the next stages along the path. Your own personality plays a significant role in the way you approach property and your previous experiences and that of others around you will have influenced you so far in what you have and have not done following other training, or in your approach to property.

 

By changing those experiences and learning more about the areas where you are uncertain you will give yourself permission to try new things in a safe environment and to ensure that you are not shooting off in a direction that is going to be costly and ineffective.
